Joel

Joel is a Performance Dietitian with over 7 years of experience in acute care settings, while also working in outpatient clinics focused on sports nutrition, weight management, and chronic disease management. He has served as an advisory board member for Exercise is Medicine Singapore (EIMS) and as Clinical Supervisor for student dietitians. Over the years, he has helped thousands of individuals improve their health and fitness with his practical expertise.

Joel holds a First-Class Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition & Dietetics from Flinders University (2017) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Sports Nutrition from the Institute of Performance Nutrition (2024). He is also a Level 1 ISAK Anthropometrist, Certified Allied Health & Fitness Professional (EIMS), Certified Personal Trainer, and Sports Nutrition Specialist (NCSF).
